 
        
        Enterprise sales executives play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, developing and closing high-value deals with enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full sales cycles for enterprise accounts, handling incoming leads and qualifying prospects, conducting product demos and navigating complex buying committees, executing targeted outreach campaigns, utilizing AI tools to automate prospecting, research, and follow-ups, collaborating with solution engineers on technical implementations, and building scalable sales processes as the company grows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * At least 3 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
 * Proven ability to manage both inbound lead management and outbound sales
 * Experience selling to enterprise clients (Fortune 500 companies preferred)
 * Fluency in English and Portuguese
 * Ability to handle high-ticket sales (minimum R$30K+ MRR)
 * Experience with CRM tools and sales automation
 * A strong team player mentality essential for startup success
