🚀 What You’ll Do
As an Account Coordinator, you will act as the operational backbone of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from setup to reporting.
You will:
* Support end-to-end campaign execution, including intake, setup, and delivery
* Create and manage Insertion Orders (IOs) and coordinate campaign workflows
* Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
* Track and deliver weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
* Collaborate with Finance on billing, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation
* Coordinate creative assets and ensure compliance with ad policies
* Monitor campaign delivery and proactively flag risks or issues
* Provide coverage for Account Managers when needed to ensure continuity
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign coordination, or ad operations
* Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems (Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP)
* Experience with CRM, Ad Servers, OMS, and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira)
* Familiarity with campaign reporting, billing processes, and media workflows
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills in English (required) and Spanish (intermediate)
