Title: Senior Technical Recruiter (Contractor / PJ)
Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)
Overview :
Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support US-based clients in a fast-paced staffing environment. This role requires strong English communication, experience working directly with US stakeholders, and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting across multiple requisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full lifecycle recruiting (intake → sourcing → screening → submission → interview → offer → close)
Support US-based hiring managers and account teams
Handle high-volume req loads (20–40+ open roles depending on complexity)
Recruit across technical and/or professional roles
Work within ATS/VMS systems (including high-touch / low-touch / no-touch environments)
Maintain strong pipeline activity and candidate engagement
Ensure high-quality submissions with strong attention to detail
Requirements:
5+ years recruiting experience (agency or staffing strongly preferred)
Track record of success in Technical Recruiting supporting roles like Software Engineer, DevOps, Solutions Architect, etc.
Proven experience supporting US-based clients
Strong English (spoken + written)
Experience with high-volume recruiting environments
Experience working with VMS / MSP models
Highly process-driven and organized
Supporting customers in the US EST Timezone
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting Government or strict compliance accounts
Recruiting experience for Retail Operations and/or Creative positions (Graphic Design, Fashion Design, etc.)
Metrics-driven mindset (submittals, interviews, placements)
