**Job Summary**:
Supports the financial risk management department in the collection, validation, and maintenance of data needed to perform financial analysis as required by corporate policies.
**What You Will Do**:
- Manage international accounts receivable, including reconciliation, overdue follow-ups, and communication with global clients (external and interplants).
- Oversee receivables and ensure compliance with internal deadlines and corporate policies.
- Generate periodic financial reports, including aging reports, intercompany discrepancies analysis and cash flow impact assessments.
- Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support decision-making and monitor key receivables performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support business department initiatives with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
**What you have - Skills**:
- ** Accuracy and Attention to Detail**:Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- ** Communicating Complex Concepts**:Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
- ** Planning and Organizing**:Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Pre Advanced English.
- Expertise in financial and accounting routines.
- Familiarity with SAP system.
- Knowledge and prior experience in Treasury operations and/or Accounts Receivable.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering.
- Analytical and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA and Python).
- Advanced / Fluent English.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP system.
- Expertise in International accounts receivable.
