The ideal candidate will lead the team to:
Achieve company and client objectives; enhance satisfaction through effective operations; staff management and development;
Manage project resources, including subconsultants and vendors;
Oversee project phases ensuring compliance with company and client requirements;
Coordinate with practices and regional management to identify new markets and office locations in Brazil;
Develop staffing strategies, organizational structure, and manage resources to attract top talent.

Lead the Business Unit to meet KPIs, pursue market opportunities, develop growth strategies, manage budgets, and foster client relationships. Oversee project performance, ensure quality control, and lead staff development and succession planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in engineering or related field; required
20+ years in consulting, project management, and business development; required
Brazilian engineering registration or reciprocity; required
Proven leadership in infrastructure projects and client relationships in Brazil; required
Working Conditions
Primarily sedentary with client interaction and occasional travel.
