About this Position
What you´ll do
* To be responsible for the implementation of the brand positioning and value proposition;
* To develop strategies and initiatives to ensure consistent consumer experience based on consumer journeys;
* Analyze brand health and Nielsen indicators and suggest strategies to gain market share;
* Analyses competitor's scenario and draws sound conclusions;
* Manage and executes local product portfolio including innovation, pricing, brand etc;
* Support with strategic direction both trade marketing and digital teams in developing product/concept communication materials;
* Contributes to global or regional innovation, category and branding activities;
* Provides marketing inputs for relevant marketing master plan.
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor's degree (Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or similar fields);
* Post Graduation is a plus;
* Fluent in English;
* Brand building and development experience is a must;
* Portfolio management;
* Market analysis;
* Creativity and Innovation;

* Availability to work in a hybrid model (3x office) in Jundiaí/SP after Jan/26
