About the position
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented person with a strong desire to grow in the CRM and Marketing field to support our communication and relationship initiatives with our customer and lead base.
This is a junior-level opportunity, ideal for someone starting their career in the field and eager to learn and develop in a digital, dynamic, and global startup environment.
Your main responsibilities
* Support the execution of email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS, and other channel campaigns, as well as automated message flows and CRM communications using the HubSpot platform;
* Perform list segmentation and maintain the database;
* Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate simple reports;
* Ensure all communications meet quality standards and are error-free;
* Assist with updating customer data in the system;
* Collaborate with the Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales teams to maintain a strategic communication flow with our customers and leads.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required
Must-haves:
* Advanced English;
* 1+ years of experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, RD Station, or similar);
* Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail to avoid errors in message content, list segmentation, and result analysis;
* Comfort working with numbers and basic data analysis;
* Good written communication and willingness to work as part of a team;
* A curious mindset, with interest in learning about CRM, marketing, customer journey, and message automation;

Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (East-time)
The position is full-time, which means that you must be available every working day between 9 am and 5 pm EST due to time-zone changing according to Daylight saving time in the United States.
