Key Responsibilities Include:
* Resolving daily back-office end-user issues on functional and technical levels
* Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements
* Developing requirements based on given streams and resolution needs
* Managing day-to-day assigned tasks to complete application support deliverables
* Contributing to support groups' efforts in resolving requests or issues
* Analyzing, formulating, proposing, developing, and contributing to overall solutions as per project deliverables
Additionally, we require our team members to continuously follow new application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, regulations, and practices globally.
In terms of testing, our team performs various levels of testing for assigned deliverables and participates in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We seek individuals with hands-on experience in Murex Back-Office functionalities, particularly in pre- and post-trade workflows such as Contract, Events, Deliverables, and Exchange.
Apart from this, they must have experience in Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organization skills, are also essential.
Our team is looking for someone with good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD, and a solid understanding of P&L concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills both internally and externally are also necessary.
Lastly, experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues is highly valued.
