The Telecommunications Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of complex telecom projects. They are responsible for ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget and quality standards, and effective management of project scope, schedule, and resources.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for RAN, Core, IP, FTTH, DWDM, power, and site infrastructure deployment.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, deployment, logistics, suppliers, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
* Lead regular meetings with telecom operators and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration, transparency, and alignment.
* Identify, analyze, and mitigate technical, operational, and commercial risks to ensure project success.
* Prepare executive reports highlighting progress, key decisions, and areas for improvement.
* Evaluate and optimize project management processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
o Essential Skills:
o Strong background in telecommunications, project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid), and certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or ITIL.
o Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with established professional relationships with major Brazilian telecom operators being highly desirable.
