Aptonet is seeking experienced recruiters to source, screen, and place top talent.
This role focuses on LATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companies and supports U.S.-based recruiting efforts.
 * You will build pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 * Leverage a variety of tools to evaluate applicants and deliver top candidates quickly.
Essential Skills
 * 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
 * Proven experience recruiting for Information Technology roles.
 * Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
 * Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
 * High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
 * Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
Responsibilities
 * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 * Build strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 * Leverage a variety of sourcing tools to evaluate applicants and deliver top candidates quickly.
 * Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
 * Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our operations.
 * Act as a trusted representative of Aptonet, promoting our values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
