Key Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure client needs are met and drive business growth through effective relationship management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage existing client relationships within the assigned territory to deliver sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new opportunities.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and provide solutions that meet client objectives.
* Acquire new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and address concerns.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare reports on account performance and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback and insights from clients.
Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills with experience in creating and maintaining successful long-term commercial relationships.
* Able to deliver results in an autonomous working environment with a proven track record of success.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Business acumen with knowledge of B2B and new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages, Spanish is a plus.
