Contingent Workforce Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Train and support client hiring managers and suppliers through the requisition life cycle.
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.
* Conduct intake calls, evaluate candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
* Nurture strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to ensure program success.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a business-related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in MSP operations, contingent workforce management, or related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with relevant technology platforms.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
