About This Role

As part of our international team, you will play a vital role in shaping our operations worldwide, leveraging innovation and technology to stay ahead of the curve.
* Team Leadership: Oversee a local team of approximately 30-40 people in Brazil, responsible for managing merchant information, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and completeness.
* Process Optimization: Develop comprehensive internal and external collaboration workflows and oversight mechanisms, streamlining processes to serve business needs effectively.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report key onboarding metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for merchants.
A dynamic individual with a strong desire to learn and adapt to a constantly evolving environment. Proficiency in Portuguese is required, while fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is essential. Experience in merchant operations support is preferred.
