Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working in fast-paced, startup environments. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
* Lead end-to-end product design processes: from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner with cross-functional teams: product management, engineering, and stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces: focusing on usability, scalability, and performance for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products;
* Conduct user research: usability testing and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
Requirements:
* Full professional proficiency in English: verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong portfolio: showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools;
* Deep expertise: design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
* Solid understanding: user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
* Experience: working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside product managers and engineers;
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
* Direct experience designing for cybersecurity platforms (e.g., threat detection tools, security dashboards, monitoring platforms, etc.)
