Developing radio optimisation plans to meet defined network quality targets Conducting pro-active radio network investigations and supporting wide-area projects Managing radio capacity within an area of ownership Coordinating with other teams and departments to manage timely data-build against objectives Ensuring high-quality customer experience against multi-operator contractual commitments Supporting Corporate and Business Accounts teams in bid support and ongoing experience Resolving customer complaints and internal escalations via Operations teams and suppliers Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for: Producing detailed reports on radio network performance Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement Implementing changes to improve network quality and performance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need: A degree in a relevant field such as telecommunications or computer science Proven experience in radio network optimisation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
