Job Summary
The Courier Operations Specialist monitors ongoing delivery routes and communicates with delivery drivers and shippers over the phone and live chat to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring delivery routes in real-time
* Communicating with delivery drivers and shippers via phone and live chat
* Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during delivery
Requirements
* Proficiency in English is essential for this role
* Able to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EST)
* Experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, customer support, or account management is highly valued
