About The Opportunity
We're building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market. This is not a "make it pretty" gig.
What You'll Do
* Own day‑to‑day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.
* Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product‑adjacent surfaces.
* Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion‑ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).
* Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.
* Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one‑pagers).
* Collaborate on campaign concepts end‑to‑end: insight → moodboard → concept → production → iteration.
* Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self‑serve.
What Success Looks Like
* Enhancing our designs to build thought‑leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS.
* Asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops.
* A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near‑zero rework.
Who You Are
* 6+ years hands‑on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in‑house).
* You know the category patterns – and how to break them.
* Exceptional taste.
* Refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts.
* Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you've got references at your fingertips.
* Not afraid to be bold.
* You can defend strong creative while staying coachable.
* Fast‑paced, passionate, easy to work with.
* Low‑ego collaborator who communicates crisply.
* Tools: Figma & WordPress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed.
* Bonus if you can add light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports).
Bonus Points if You...
* Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling).
* Can produce quick micro‑motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops).
* Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb‑stop, offer framing, mobile‑first).
* Have experience building componentized design systems for marketing.
