Job Description



The role of Financial Planning Analyst involves analyzing and forecasting financial data to drive business decisions. This includes owning the monthly labor process, updating actuals and forecasts, and collaborating with HR and various teams on workforce planning. The successful candidate will have strong modeling skills in Excel, experience with SQL database management, strategic data analysis, BI tooling experience (Sigma), a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting), 3+ years of experience in FP&A Business Operations or HR Finance Business Partner.
