We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on DTC e-commerce brands.
This role involves optimizing ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) & Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
A deep understanding of e-commerce metrics is required to drive profitability, including Average Order Value (AOV), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, etc.
Creative testing & ad iteration are essential to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Competitor & market trend analysis must be performed to identify opportunities and improve strategy.
Reporting & insights generation using Looker Studio and other analytics tools will be crucial for making informed decisions.
* 5+ years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
* 5+ years of experience with Merchant Center
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus)
* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Experience with remarketing & dynamic product ads
Familiarity with creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce and knowledge of email marketing & CRO strategies to enhance funnel efficiency would be beneficial.
