We are seeking a **highly skilled 3D Rigging & Animation Artist** for a freelance project focused on **bone influence-only rigging**. This role requires an expert in building clean, efficient rigs that simulate **realistic cloth and strap movement**—**no shape keys or blend shapes** will be accepted.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Rig and animate the following using **bone influence only**:
- Vest cloth opening (natural unfolding motion)
- Buckle and strap movement
- Hip holder strap release
- Ensure clean, organized rigs for smooth playback and easy revisions
- Deliver final assets in **FBX**, **Blender**, **Maya**, or **3Ds Max** format
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience with **bone-driven rigging systems** (cloth/strap simulation)
- Ability to create **realistic secondary motion** without using shape keys
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant rigging and animation work
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
