You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively and strive to build a high-performing organization.How you will contributeYou will:Manage change and transformation initiatives among the Operating teams, implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF-Factory of the Future, and roles such as AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Progressive Maintenance), within a self-sufficient team model. Lead by example through coaching, mentoring, and team development.Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals. Coach line leaders and communicate plans and KPIs to ensure alignment and understanding.Establish strong governance for reviewing and controlling operational performance, embedding a zero-loss mindset, and driving continuous improvement to achieve best-in-class standards internally and externally. Promote improvements in technology, culture, capability, and operating systems.Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and requirements such as Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Health & Safety, Security, Environment, and company policies. Regularly review and monitor effective implementation.Lead talent development, capability building, and engagement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop critical skills. Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve objectives and KPIs.What you will bringA desire to advance your career with the following experience and knowledge:Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with expertise in TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools and concepts.Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team environment.
