As a seasoned talent acquisition expert, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top tech and non-tech professionals to drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans
* Source and engage candidates for technical and non-technical positions through various channels
* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market insights, and regional hiring patterns to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
* Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
* Ability to source and engage both technical and non-technical candidates
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment
* Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
