We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master who is eager to learn and transform their career. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and develop your expertise in Agile methodologies.
The ideal candidate should have:
* Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Jira
* Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello)
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and experience with applications hosted in cloud environments (preferred)
* Advanced proficiency in English
Certification in Certified Scrum Master or similar is a plus but not required. The successful candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and be proficient in communication (English). Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage.
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing multiple Scrum Calls and Teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members. You will also have a good understanding of Consumer retail Business and be well-versed with Jira.
