Role Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support our team, primarily handling post-service survey processes and administrative tasks.
In this role, the agent will be responsible for contacting customers after service repairs are completed to confirm that the repair was successful and that the unit is functioning properly. The position involves conducting follow-up calls in English, documenting customer feedback, and ensuring all survey data is accurately recorded.
Additionally, the agent will identify any complaints, concerns, or unresolved issues reported by customers and escalate them appropriately for further action. Clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to capture accurate information are essential, as this role plays a key part in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
This role is designed as an entry point into the company. Based on performance, candidates may be considered for advancement into a Customer Service Agent position or other departments.
Starting Salary: $700 USD/month

Work Conditions
* Remote position (Work from Home)
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
* 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or
* 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST – USA)

* Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM
* High-speed internet (100 Mbps or higher)
* Headset with microphone (no earbuds or AirPods)
* Quiet work environment (no background noise)
* Dual monitors required for training (pictures will be requested before interview)
