Occasional support for new feature development is also expected.Due to the nature of accessibility work, even small changes can have significant user and legal impact, making precision, validation, and strong execution essential. The role operates in a highly complex stakeholder environment, where stakeholders are typically hands-off during day-to-day execution but become highly involved and escalatory when issues arise. Successfully navigating these situations—through transparency, risk anticipation, sound judgment, and resolution under pressure—is a critical aspect of the role.The role works closely with a small team of Android developers.
