As a Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage prospects and close deals. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills are essential in this role.

Sales Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute outreach campaigns using email, phone calls, and social media.
* Schedule and conduct virtual discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
* Act as the main point of contact for prospective clients during the sales process.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff and excellent client onboarding experience.

Market Representation and Brand Promotion:

* Represent the company as a trusted partner for outsourced bookkeeping and tax services.
* Participate in virtual networking events and webinars to connect with potential clients and partners.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role. Focus on professional services, accounting, or finance preferred.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone or video call.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* Strong ability to research and identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies.

Benefits:

* Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and pipelines.
* Existing network of potential clients is a plus.

System Requirements:

* At least 20mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup.
* A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup.
* Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption.
* A webcam.
* Noise-canceling USB Headset.
* Quiet, Dedicated Home Office.
