Job Title: Agile Program Manager
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
* Orchestrate major ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt) to drive business outcomes.
* Manage the ART calendar and ensure program-level cadence to maximize productivity.
* Facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration to identify and resolve impediments and risks.
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
* Identify and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
* Optimize the flow of value across the ART by streamlining processes and eliminating bottlenecks.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and understanding of program goals and objectives.
* Help manage dependencies and architectural runway to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile program management, with a strong focus on lean-agile principles.
* Proven track record of successfully leading ART programs and driving business outcomes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, including JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.
* Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Practitioner are a plus.
