Administers policies and claims to serve as the contact between insurers and the insured
Monitors day-to-day events along policy lifecycle remotely to ensure colleagues are getting the service they need
Identifies opportunities to cross-sell services to expand the client relationship
Monitors and documents activity of team to ensure compliance with internal/external client service agreements
