As a
Service Operations Lead
you will be responsible for:
Planning resources (personnel, material and information) to carry out services;
Coordinating the daily activities of field engineers;
Control hours spent on projects, activities and services;
Organizing logistics with the support of the office team;
Controlling expenses related to services performed;
Taking part in technical and commercial meetings with clients and internal staff;
Negotiating scope, planning and execution of services with clients and internal staff;
Reviewing internal documents (Work Plan and Service Report);
Entering documents and updates into the ERP according to the stages of the service;
Coordinating and facilitating access to information and knowledge with the head office in Holland.
Wondering if you are 'equipped for impact'
If you have/are:
Advanced/fluent English
(will be tested during the selection process).
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Automation Engineering; Production Engineering.
Basic knowledge in reading and interpreting hydraulic and electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and fundamental concepts of PLC and SCADA systems.
Excel - intermediate or advanced.
Experience in customer service and team management.
Interest in working at the Huisman office in Navegantes/SC.
Knowledge of the offshore market and knowledge of Huisman products or similar equipment would be a plus.
