Sales Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and success in the nutraceutical ingredients industry.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* A strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
* Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish language skills, with English as a plus.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely, with excellent territory/time management skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (ZOHO preferred).
