We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior IT Technical Recruiter.
About the Role
This position will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent in Latin America for U.S.-based companies.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Develop and maintain strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using innovative sourcing strategies.
* Leverage various tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
* Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
