As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of our products from concept to shelf.
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role focuses on graphic design execution for toys and baby gear products — including packaging, print artwork, character illustration, surface graphics, color studies, and visual concept development.
The ideal candidate has strong illustration skills, a sharp eye for color and composition, and experience creating graphics that resonate with both kids and modern parents. This is not an industrial design or soft goods design role — it is a graphics-first position embedded within product development.

**Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Salary:
30-40K USD | 5-15% Bonus
Responsibilities:
* Create original character illustrations and playful graphics for toys and baby products
* Develop surface artwork for products (prints, patterns, decals, labels, etc.)
* Conduct color studies and create cohesive color palettes across product lines
* Prepare production-ready print files and packaging dielines
* Collaborate closely with product designers, brand designers, engineers, and overseas manufacturers to ensure accurate execution
* Develop instruction manuals, inserts, and other printed collateral
* Design engaging retail packaging, including layout, typography, callouts, and compliance elements
* Contribute to new product concepts with visual mockups and graphic direction
* Maintain brand consistency across all product graphics
* Stay up-to-date on design trends in toys, baby gear, illustration, and packaging
* *Leverage AI platforms to enhance and expand design design tasks
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in graphic design - experience in toys, baby products, or other consumer products is required.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required;
InDesign strongly preferred)
* Strong illustration skills (vector and/or hand-drawn style)
* Experience preparing print-ready files and working with packaging dielines
* Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
* Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Experience working with overseas manufacturers is a plus
* Passion for children’s products and understanding of what appeals to both kids and parents
* *Experience working with AI platforms to improve design outputs
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience designing retail packaging for Amazon or mass retail
* Experience with character development and brand mascots
* Familiarity with basic 3D mockups or rendering tools
* Understanding of toy safety labeling requirements
* Experience working with licensed IP
