* Scheduling and managing employee data, including pre-liquidation of salaries and earnings
* Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including registering and terminating employees
* Collaborating with external entities to improve processes within the HR area
* Developing and maintaining reports for management and control areas
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* An advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in similar positions
* Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as Law 20,744, and its application
* Experience in service companies and strong English language skills
