Key Responsibilities:
 * Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and translation into functional specifications.
 * Map, analyze, and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities.
 * Design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
 * Analyze and report on business data and CRM trends.
 * Conduct user acceptance testing, prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions.
 * Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are met and solutions deliver maximum value.
Requirements:
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and administration.
 * Basic programming/scripting skills (Apex, SOQL) are advantageous.
