* Develop end-to-end product design solutions from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and create user-centric design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Establish and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and industry best practices in product design;
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
