Sales Support & Opportunity ManagementAssist sales representatives by coordinating all project details from inquiry to proposalPrepare quotes, proposals, supporting documents, and client communicationsReview project scopes to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completenessTrack sales pipeline activities and follow-ups through CRM2. Project Coordination & SchedulingDevelop project timelines, schedules, and task listsCoordinate with operations, technicians, vendors, and subcontractorsMonitor project progress and proactively resolve delaysEnsure materials, equipment, and resources are prepared on time3. Communication & Client CoordinationProvide clear updates to clients regarding project status, schedules, and next stepsTranslate technical details into simple, understandable informationMaintain positive client relationships and support repeat businessAct as the communication link between sales, operations, vendors, and clients4. Documentation & OrganisationOrganise and maintain all project files, documentation, and communication historyPrepare change orders, reports, close-out packages, and audit-ready recordsEnsure all documents meet the company's quality and compliance standards5. Financial & Administrative SupportAssist with budgeting, cost estimates, procurement, and tracking expensesReview vendor pricing, purchase orders, and order confirmationsSupport sales in controlling project profitability and margins6. Risk Management & Problem SolvingIdentify inconsistencies in scopes, drawings, or client requirementsFlag risks early and recommend solutions before issues impact the projectResolve conflicts or misalignment between teams or contractors7.
