Strategic Client Growth Specialist
As a key account professional, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
You are an experienced B2B specialist with commercial knowledge of the travel industry, proficient in English and Portuguese as working languages. Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster client growth.
* Secure new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Regularly review client needs and address concerns.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue generation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
* Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
* Performance Monitoring: Regularly review client performance and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and optimize resource allocation.
