* You will be responsible for creating, innovating and improving products, analyzing the company's market strategies and meeting customer needs.

* Supervision of the complete project cycle, from initial research to launch, aiming for growth, competitiveness and sustainability
* Definition of research lines and project portfolio, driving new technologies and disruptive solutions.
* In-depth analysis of market trends, with the purpose of identifying innovation opportunities that can bring competitive advantages to the company.
* Manage budgets, human resources and facilities, ensuring team efficiency.
* Interaction with marketing and production departments.
* Transfer of developed solutions to the production sector, ensuring commercial viability.
* Use of methodologies such as Design Thinking and Agile.
You must bring:
* More than 10 years of experience in Research & Development in relevant companies in the sector.
* Graduation in Chemical or Food Engineering, MBA or Specialization in Management.
* Master's or Doctorate (MSc/PhD) will be an advantage.
