About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Digital Account Manager to drive campaign success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term growth and satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, and more.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
