About the Role
Keeta is seeking a data-driven, growth-oriented In-App Traffic Manager to own and optimize the user journey within our app. You'll be at the forefront of performance marketing and personalization—engineering how millions of users discover, engage, and convert daily. If you're passionate about turning user behavior into business impact, this is your playground.
What You'll Be Doing
Homepage Strategy & Optimization
* Design intelligent module allocation strategies using dynamic tools to maximize user engagement.
* Drive a 30%+ increase in CTR through layout testing, content rotation, and real-time personalization.
Search & Recommendation Engineering
* Enhance the entire discovery pipeline: query prediction → result ranking → contextual recommendations.
* Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to fine-tune algorithms for peak conversion performance during high-traffic windows.
Precision Targeting & Segmentation
* Develop multi-channel targeting strategies that engage users while minimizing fatigue.
* Tailor campaigns to distinct user segments (new, returning, time-sensitive) using behavioral data.
Funnel Conversion Optimization
* Build real-time monitoring systems across the entire funnel: impression → click → add-to-cart → checkout.
* Identify drop-off points and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve flow and reduce churn.
What We're Looking For
Experience
* Proven track record in e-commerce or food delivery platforms, with hands-on experience in user journey mapping and traffic operations.
Technical Skills
* Proficient in SQL and Python for traffic experimentation, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
* Familiar with recommendation systems, including collaborative filtering and real-time personalization models.
Data Fluency
* Strong ability to segment users and develop targeted engagement strategies.
* Solid understanding of attribution models: first-touch, last-touch, linear, and beyond.
Bonus Points
* Experience working with real-time analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
* Exposure to mobile-first product ecosystems in high-growth environments.
