Key Account Management Professional
The role of a Key Account Management Professional is to create collaborative value between Versuni and retail/D2C partners.
This position requires the ability to lead multi-year partnerships, drive profitable growth, negotiate win/win contracts, and develop brand equity for loyal customers.
* Maintains optimal up-to-date offers with maximum market growth potential.
* Ensures healthy trade inventory for cash flow and on-shelf/online availability.
* Converts real-time performance insights into proactive improvement actions.
The necessary skills and knowledge include:
* Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in Portuguese is required, and Spanish is considered an asset.
* Good experience in sales, key account management, or related commercial roles.
* Proven expertise in sales strategy, digital sales execution, direct-to-consumer business models, promotion planning, negotiation, pricing strategy, and value extraction.
