PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATIONTo ensure profitable market share growth and net sales increase with Field Key Accounts, while upholding and strengthening the adidas brand image across multiple regions in Brazil.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssign customers to the appropriate sales channels based on commercial strategy.Group and manage field accounts, setting clear goals, strategies, and action plans.Review and approve Annual Financial and Strategic Account Plans.Partner with Brand teams to create and execute tailored Account Activation Plans.Lead a structured sell-in process using sales tools and negotiating trade terms.Support store visits with the Field Sales Team, ensuring checklist compliance and conducting audits.Monitor and manage Consumer Satisfaction Surveys to improve customer experience.Manage 1P client relationships, identifying sales opportunities and ensuring product availability.Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (e.G., Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics).Track market trends across Brazil to identify local needs and drive business growth.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLSProven experience managing Key Accounts, with strong focus on 1P sales models and commercial negotiation.Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and partnerships across multiple business functions.Solid understanding of P&L (Profit and Loss) and ability to make data-driven decisions.Deep knowledge of the retail, sportswear, and lifestyle markets.Strategic and analytical mindset, paired with execution excellence.High level of resilience, adaptability, and willingness to travel frequently.English is a strong differentialAT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
