The role of ServiceNow Technical Expert is pivotal in shaping the company's IT infrastructure.
* Makes key architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development.
* Leverages external partnerships to drive ServiceNow development and application management forward.
* Ensures seamless execution of configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow.
Main Responsibilities:
* Fosters close collaboration with cross-functional teams including DSM ServiceNow, Enterprise Architect, and Process Owners to align with strategic objectives.
* Evaluates module usage, integrations, and platform capabilities across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR, and custom applications.
* Guarantees that platform design adheres to best practices and avoids unnecessary customization or technical debt.
Skillset:
* Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and development.
* Able to guide and lead external partners on ServiceNow-related projects.
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration.
