Job Description: Salesforce Business Analyst with CPQLocation: LATAMDuration: 4monthsWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Salesforce Business Analyst with CPQ expertise to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce ecosystem with hands-on exposure to CPQ processes, requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.The candidate will work closely with business users, product owners, architects, and development teams to define scalable solutions and drive successful Salesforce CPQ implementations and enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirement Gathering• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and transformation goals.• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement gathering meetings.• Translate business requirements into:o User storieso Functional specificationso Process flowso Acceptance criteria• Analyze current-state vs future-state business processes and recommend improvements.• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release discussions.Salesforce CPQ Functional Expertise• Work on Salesforce CPQ business processes including:o Product configurationo Pricing & discountingo Quote generationo Approval workflowso Contracting & renewalso Subscription management• Support configuration discussions around:o Product ruleso Price ruleso Quote templateso Approval chainso Guided selling• Collaborate with technical teams during CPQ solution implementation and enhancements.• Validate business scenarios and ensure alignment with CPQ best practices.Stakeholder & Project Coordination• Act as a liaison between business teams, architects, developers, QA teams, and leadership.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements and project milestones.• Support UAT execution, defect triaging, and business sign-offs.• Provide user training, process documentation, and post-production support.Required Skills & ExpertiseSalesforce Expertise• Strong understanding of:o Salesforce Sales Cloudo Salesforce CPQo Opportunity-to-Quote (O2Q) processeso Quote-to-Cash lifecycle• Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities including:o Flowso Reports & Dashboardso Security & Sharingo Standard/custom objectsBusiness Analysis Skills• Strong experience with:o Agile/Scrum methodologieso Requirement elicitationo Process mappingo User story creationo Functional documentationo UAT coordination• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
