As a finance expert, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies related to customer and product pricing information within our Financial Information Systems.
You will apply your understanding of the prepaid business, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Responsibilities
* Provide concise weekly status reports for assigned activities
* Promote idea generation and collaboration sessions with internal teams
* Follow processes and protocols for data enrichment technologies
* Communicate data requirements to internal counterparts and customers
* Share process changes with cross-functional teams
* Evaluate data inconsistencies and escalate promptly to avoid urgent issues
* Track and log issues for retrospectives and suggest process improvements
* Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments
* Enforce workflows and business rules to improve data quality and delivery time
* Troubleshoot data-related incidents
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in the prepaid product industry, preferably with exposure to finance, accounting, or data management
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions
* Able to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals and resolve problems
* Solid technical background with the ability to learn new platforms and apply knowledge to operational practices
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative
* Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
