Delivery Excellence Manager
We're seeking an accomplished Delivery Excellence Manager to oversee the successful execution of intricate, cross-functional initiatives within an agile engineering environment.
This role sits at the forefront of business, product, and engineering — translating priorities into actionable steps, driving clarity, and ensuring high-quality work delivery with consistency.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who thrives in ambiguity and keeps teams aligned and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning end-to-end delivery of complex projects, from planning through execution and completion
* Developing and managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partnering closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira)
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitating working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Supporting prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously improving delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
