**Responsibilities**:
- What will you work on:
- AOP execution throughout stage gate process, on time and flawless documentation.
- Execute seasoning development based on GIB.
Execute and coordinate new seasonings' scaling and production start up at industrial level ensuring quality and flavor design.
- Collaborate, align projects and next steps with all key R&D functional (Food Safety, Regulatory, Sensory, Product Development) and x-functional (Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing)
- Strong collaboration with base brand Product Development team to integrate flavor solutions (topical, in
- dough, slurry) according to flavor direction.
- Strong partnership with seasoning/flavor suppliers to leverage their expertise working together to deliver assertive seasoning designs against flavor briefs.
- Collaborate with internal Sensory partners to understand flavor mapping, competence, white spaces and evaluate consumer response to developed seasonings/flavors.
- Leverage internal analytical & sensory partners to qualify/quantify taste & volatile profiles, and to define seasoning material properties
- Create, update, route, and manage specifications & documentation including: raw material specs, seasoning specs.
Qualifications:
- Identify any differentiating expertise required for success in the role.
- Career related to Food Industry (Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering)
- Functional knowledge on technologies and raw materials (seasonings, flavors)
- Manufacturing processes knowledge
- Seasonings development
- Advance English and Spanish language communication skills, both oral and written
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Unit operations such as frying, drying and packaging
- Frequently taste samples products, identify differences in flavor attributes and provide qualitative feedback to cross functional partners and suppliers
- Independently coordinate and execute R&D tests
- Demonstrated competency to execute multiple projects and deliver assertive and fast results while overcoming obstacles

- Minimum 3 years in the flavor industry with PROVEN knowledge related to flavors (compounding, spray drying, extracts) operations
