Clinical Manager in CNS
As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for administering assessments to participants in clinical trials or evaluating the quality of assessments performed by others.
* Review scales administered by raters to ensure standardized data reliability.
* Evaluate assessment quality through live interactions with raters, providing guidance as needed.
* Prepare case data and discuss relevant issues with raters.
* Complete rater interactions and assigned tasks as scheduled.
Key Responsibilities:
* Functional assessments of rater performance.
* Contacting clinical trial participants remotely to administer assessments.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and organizational abilities. A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work is required. Additionally, 3 years of clinical experience working with central nervous system (CNS) trials is preferred.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work.
* Minimum 3 years of clinical experience working with CNS trials.
* Advanced level of English.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
