Lead CRM DeveloperWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in dynamic Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. This remote role requires expertise in leadership skills and strong background in CRM architecture.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Design and build customer-facing pages on the CRM Portal using out-of-the-box capabilities and customizations.Oversight of CRM data model creation and participation in its design and maintenance.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide expert guidance on best practices in CRM development.Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with Azure, Power Automate, and other systems.Development and deployment of custom applications within Dynamics CRM, ensuring high performance and adherence to business requirements.Facilitation of seamless integration of CRM with other systems, ensuring data consistency and accessibility.Troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues related to the CRM environment.Stay up-to-date with new CRM features and technologies, advocating for innovation adoption.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5-12 years of CRM development experience, with focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Proven track record as a lead developer with junior team mentoring experience.Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data modeling principles.Professional experience in developing CRM Portals with out-of-the-box and custom solutions.Preferred Skills:Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Knowledge of Power Automate and Dynamics CRM integration.Experience in creating apps within the Dynamics CRM platform.Familiarity with Azure services related to CRM integration.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with remote work experience.Tools and Technologies:Microsoft Dynamics CRMPower PortalsHTML, JavaScript, CSS, C#, .NetAzure ServicesPower AutomateIntegration and API development tools
