Role: Senior Software Test Engineer / QA Analyst
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 12-months+
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in web application and data testing to support enterprise systems built on Azure and modern web technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
* Validate data pipelines and data loads using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
* Conduct API testing and backend validation
* Write and execute SQL/Oracle queries for data verification
* Collaborate with development and business teams in an Agile environment
* Track defects, validate fixes, and ensure high-quality releases
Requirements
* 5+ years of QA/testing experience
* Strong experience testing web applications (frontend & backend)
* Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Azure DevOps
* Experience with API testing and SQL/Oracle
* Understanding of test design, test cases, and QA best practices
Nice to have: Automation framework exposure, experience mentoring QA teams
